Basic education of fire safety


The course is aimed to all employees at the University of Gothenburg. The training consists of a theoretical part and a practical part.

• Risks, what and who are threatened by a fire
• Universety of Gothenburg’s policies and rules for systematic fire prevention
• prevention and limiting protection
• Evacuation and evacuation strategy
• extinguishing equipment
• Practical handling of fire extinguishers and fire blankets
