Boost your career through international mobility - seminar for doctoral students
International mobility is important and, in many cases, a hidden evaluation criteria for research grants. This short lunch seminar will explain why you should start building your international network early. Staff members from the Research and Innovation Services and the International centre will talk about how you can build an international network and what opportunities are available for you. The same seminar is given on four occasions, each time with a new guest speaker, an early career researcher sharing experiences from a particular country/region. Programme 12.00-12.25 (+ optional Q&A afterwards) · The importance of an international research network and how it can boost your career, Grants and Innovation Office · Opportunities for doctoral students and early career researchers within GU’s existing networks and projects, International centre · An early career researcher who participated in an international project will share experiences and lessons learned. The program ends at 12.25 but the presenters will stay on for another 15 minutes for those who have questions or just want to mingle. |
