Information search 3: AI for identifying and mapping the literature
In this lecture and workshop we will look at if and how you can use AI tools to identify important authors and key publications, how you search with natural language and how you use literature mapping tools. We will provide a background to how the tools work and how you can fit them into your workflow, as well as discuss when they are less suitable to use. The Social Sciences Libraries offer a lecture and a subsequent workshop for doctoral students who are starting up their studies or have come a bit on the way. You attend one of the lectures (they are identical and a prerequisite for the workshop) before the workshop. To attend the workshop, we ask you to register. The lecture and workshop have a focus on disciplines at the Faculties of Education, Social Science and the School of Business, Economics and Law. Lectures are held in English. |
