First aid: ABCDE-CPR Course


This course is primary for employees who have been appointed as contact persons for first aid at their workplace .

The course aims to give participants knowledge and skills to act in case of an accident, providing first aid and crisis support in line with regulations AFS 1999:7. The participants should be able to give basic first aid in emergency health situations, as well as workplace accidents.

During the training we go through:
- Evaluation of the situation ABCD (L-ABC).
- CPR (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation.
- Obstruction of airways.
- Sudden illness/accident.
- Crisis support.
