Welcome to a thought-provoking workshop focusing on transformative assessment within the context of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). While much attention has been given to integrating sustainability into teaching practices, the aspect of assessing sustainability competencies often remains overlooked. This workshop aims to bridge that gap by exploring how assessment modalities can be transformed to better align with sustainability goals. Workshop participants will discuss the challenges and opportunities of assessing sustainability competencies through various methods. Through collaborative discussions and practical exercises, participants will gain insights into reimagining assessment practices to authentically assess students' sustainability competencies and attitudes. |
