Basic education of fire safety for all employees at the University of Gothenburg

The university-wide Doctoral Induction is open for all newly admitted doctoral students. It is a complement to the digital introductory course for new employees and to the more specific doctoral introduction given at your department. The Doctoral Induction includes information about university-wide resources that could be useful during your doctoral studies. It is also a great opportunity to network with doctoral students from across the university.

This two-day course is for staff working in laboratory environment at the University, and for those responsible for the work environment of other staff/students such as managers and supervisors. Participants take part in both days.

The training provides knowledge of risks and preventive measures when handling thermosetting plastics and certain other allergenic chemical substances/products, according to AFS 2011:19, Section 37 e. NB! When handling diisocyanates, a special variant of the course is required, please contact Leadership and Competence Development at the Human Resources Dept.
